Industry Week: EFINOR Groupe M strengthens its commitment to training and industrial skills

An industrial player committed to the future of the trades

On the occasion of Industry Week, EFINOR Groupe M reaffirms its commitment to supporting the skills development of the younger generation and actively contributing to the promotion of industrial professions.
This commitment is in line with our structuring actions carried out throughout the year, in the service of the transmission of know-how, the attractiveness of professions and the sustainable development of skills.

Two label events at the heart of the regions

EFINOR Groupe M will be organizing two major events between now and the beginning of December:

In Cherbourg-en-Cotentin: a strengthened partnership with the Pôle Formation UIMM Grand Ouest

A series of events and meetings will highlight our businesses, our expertise and the career opportunities offered by the Group. Young people, apprentices, teachers and job-seekers will be able to discover the industrial world as close as possible to the realities of the field.

In Paimpol: immersion in our shipyard with partner schools

Our teams will be opening the doors of the Paimpol shipyard to show visitors the production environment, working conditions, equipment and know-how that make our teams so strong. It's an ideal opportunity to encourage vocations and showcase the richness of our professions.

A strong commitment: nearly 10% work-study students every year

For EFINOR Groupe M, training talent is not a one-off gesture: it's a strategic pillar.
Every year, around 10% of our workforce is made up of work-study students, from Bac Pro to Bac +5.
This choice reflects a deep-seated conviction:
it's by training in the field, in contact with experts, that we develop the most solid skills and the most qualified professionals.

Our work-study students work in an environment where the demands of industry go hand in hand with personalized support, enabling them to develop their skills quickly and sustainably.

Passing on know-how: a collective responsibility

The success of these programs is due in no small part to the day-to-day commitment of our teams.
We would like to extend our special thanks to all our employees who are involved in training, coaching and mentoring. Their expertise, availability and professional standards are decisive in enabling learners to progress and flourish.

Transmission is at the heart of our culture:
training future generations means paving the way for the future of our businesses and industries.

A commitment consistent with the Group's strategic vision

Investment in training meets several key challenges for EFINOR Groupe M :

- ensure continuity of skills in strategic sectors (nuclear, defense, naval, energy);

- keep pace with technological and environmental developments;

- make our professions more attractive;

- develop sustainable, rewarding career paths.

By opening our sites, multiplying our partnerships and supporting work-study programs, we actively contribute to the industrial dynamism of the regions in which we operate.

An industry that trains, transmits and projects

Industry Week is the perfect opportunity to remember that the future of our professions lies in training, support and transmission.
EFINOR Groupe M is fully committed to this approach, convinced that this is how the best skills are built, and how the future of French industry is written.
