Industry Week: EFINOR welcomes recent graduates, career changers, and job seekers for a morning dedicated to employment, training, and innovation.

As part of Industry Week, EFINOR welcomed more than 25 participants— recent graduates, people undergoing retraining, and job seekers —who came to learn about the group's professions and the career opportunities available in our engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance activities.

Alongside France Travail, the UIMM Grand Ouest Training Center, and several other organizations involved in training, work-study programs, and apprenticeships, this morning event provided an opportunity to discuss possible career paths, existing support systems, and opportunities for joining our teams.

To date, EFINOR has more than 20 open positions covering a wide range of technical and operational skills, confirming the group's dynamic growth.

A shared vision

At the end of the discussions, our CEO reiterated the importance of these meetings for the group:

"The industry is evolving rapidly, and we need talented individuals who are committed, curious, and ready to build the future with us. Industry Week is a unique opportunity to showcase the diversity of our professions and support those who wish to embark on a solid and meaningful career path."

Demonstration of the Waste Cleaner 66

The morning ended with a presentation of the Waste Cleaner 66, a 100% electric-powered pollution control vessel designed and built by the EFINOR teams.

Moored at Port Chantereyne, it demonstrated its solid and liquid waste collection capabilities, illustrating the group's commitment to innovative, sustainable technological solutions that are useful to local communities.

EFINOR would like to warmly thank all participants, as well as those involved in employment and training, for their attendance, availability, and the quality of the discussions. The group confirms its commitment to supporting talented individuals in their professional projects and actively contributing to the attractiveness of industrial professions.
