Like every year, Cherbourg-en-Cotentin holds its trades and training forum. This 2023 edition will take place on January 25 and 26 in the large hall of the Cité de la Mer.
Renamed this year "Destination Métier en Cotentin", this forum is a great opportunity to prepare for the future and to encourage vocations. It consists of presenting the professions, training and companies of the Cotentin region to high school students, but also to families and adults seeking professional retraining.
In this context, EFINOR will be present at the industries pole to promote the group's professions. During the two days of presence, the HR and communication teams will be accompanied by employees who will present their jobs, their career paths, in order to help the young public or adults in reconversion in their discovery of the jobs and associated skills.
A strengthened partnership with the Normandy agency for career guidance and careers has enabled the setting up of an information/guidance area with a higher education area for this edition, a workshop program with two highlights around : "What jobs are recruiting in Normandy?" and "My teenager is taking direction".
