A clean-up vessel to help Mauritius fight the oil spill on its coast.

Indeed, a Waste Cleaner 83 was given to the company Polyecogroup, which is in charge of fighting marine pollution following oil spills.

The Waste Cleaner 83 left today for Vatry airport. It is due to board an Antonov aircraft chartered by the government and Mauritius on 12 August. The aim is to get the ship to Mauritius as quickly as possible for a lagoon clean-up operation.

Our EFINOR SEA CLEANER teams also provide on-site assistance and technical expertise.

In a second phase, a larger unit - Multi Cleaner 128 - could be brought to the island by cargo ship.

Our Breton workshop is currently working hard to build new cleaning units as quickly as possible, in addition to two more Waste Cleaner 83 units currently under construction to meet our customer's demand.
