Céline LEMYRE, HR Director of the Efinor Group, and sponsor of the Challenge Sécurité/Évaluation des Risques Professionnels, took part in the podium announcement and trophy presentation.
Organized by Humando, Groupe solidaire en ressources humaines, the presentation took place at their Cherbourg-en-Cotentin Agency on Friday, March 15, 2024.
The aim of the challenge, involving 24 participants, voluntary employees from different sectors, including Alexandra SALIOU, welder at EFINOR METAL, was to achieve the best score in the environment corresponding to their current mission via the TutoPrév' online exam.
TutoPrév' aims to ensure that employees or future employees are capable of observing a work situation, identifying the hazards and risks associated with it, and proposing preventive measures adapted to these risks.
With a score of over 95% on the assessment questionnaire, Alexandra won 1st prize, presented by Céline LEMYRE, and is a source of pride for the EFINOR Group.
