In this case, the customer had two machines which were unable to process the new cardboard product, and which presented difficulties for plastic. The new machines had to be able to process both materials with a transition time of less than 5 minutes.
We organize internal meetings and regular follow-ups with the customer to ensure that all requirements are fully understood and met. Before starting work, we hold a final validation meeting and take measurements on site to ensure optimal integration into the customer's environment.
Once the design phase is complete, we move on to mechanical and electrical assembly in the workshop. This includes wiring and fine-tuning the machine. Our team works with precision to guarantee machine quality and efficiency.
Finally, we integrate the new machines with the customer's existing conveyors and commission them. This process is essential to ensure that the machines function perfectly in their operating environment.
